Founded in 2022, our mobile trailer brings the island experience to local events, fundraisers, and private gatherings across the Greater Bay Area. Each shave ice is made with ultra-soft, fluffy ice, drizzled with real cane sugar syrups, layered with tropical fruit purées, and topped with our homemade mochi, crafted with care and passion in every scoop.
